Special for plastic - alu moldings ! CNC operated cutting equipment, consist in: 1. Robot framework: on the top part of the portal runs the mobile bridge ( movement X) on board of which and perpendicular between them are the carriagages Y and Z. 2.Work table: single shuttle consisting in two tables moving simultaneously on a single slideway. 3.Processing unit: - revolver holding 4 electro-spindles, with power ( 1x 4 hp + 1 x 3 hp + 1 x 2.2 hp + 1 x 1 hp). Each electro-spindles is independent with speed regulated by programme from 1000 to 24000 rpm, 5 axis simultaneously . 4.CABIN. 5.Electrical Cabinet: with IP 54 protection degree. 6.Vacuum plant: consist in a 160 m³/h high depression vacuum pump, filter, vacuometer and vacuum solenoid valves.
